Notaries are not attorneys and therefore cannot practice legal advice.  When it comes to Remote Online Notarization it is up to the signer to ask the receiving party if electronic signatures will be accepted on the document as well as electronic notarizations. Certain documents and types of signings in certain States may not be accepted. Please note that rejected documents, if executed properly, will not be refunded.
